Our furniture is crafted from responsibly sourced solid hardwoods -- primarily teak, walnut, and white oak -- selected for their exceptional grain, durability, and aging character. Upholstery fabrics are tested to meet rigorous standards for durability, colourfastness, and natural fibre content. Every material is chosen to deepen in beauty with time, not diminish.
Standard in-stock items are delivered within 7-14 business days. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces carry a lead time of 8-12 weeks. We offer white-glove delivery to all major cities -- your piece will be placed, assembled, and inspected in your home. You will receive a tracking notification as soon as your order is dispatched.
Yes -- we welcome custom dimensions on most of our furniture lines. Our design team works closely with you to accommodate unique spatial requirements, material preferences, and finish selections. Custom orders begin with a complimentary consultation and carry an 8-16 week lead time depending on complexity.
We accept returns on standard in-stock items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable, as each is produced specifically for you. In all cases, we stand fully behind our craftsmanship -- any defect or damage in transit will be remedied at no cost to you.
Clean with a soft, dry cloth for everyday dust. For spills, blot immediately -- never rub -- with a lightly dampened cloth. Avoid direct sunlight and heating vents, which can cause warping and drying. We recommend applying a quality furniture wax or oil annually to nourish the wood and maintain its lustre. Avoid silicone-based polishes.
Sustainability is foundational to how we work. All our hardwoods are sourced from FSC-certified forests committed to responsible forestry practices. We partner exclusively with suppliers who share our long view on environmental stewardship, and we continually explore lower-impact finishes and reclaimed material options for select collections.
Our white-glove delivery service includes full assembly, placement, and packaging removal by trained specialists. For flatpack items or remote locations, we can arrange independent assembly services through our network of trusted partners. Please contact us at checkout or via our support team to arrange this.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a live tracking link. For white-glove deliveries, our logistics team will reach out directly to schedule a two-hour delivery window that works for you. You can also view your order status at any time through your Ekasukta account.
